ジーンズの顔である「小股」と「後ろポケット」は、縫製を見ればジーンズの善し悪しが分かると言われるほど重要な部分です。
技術力だけではカバーできない縫い手のセンスが現れます。
The experience, perception, sense, technique of the sewing staff finishes sewing a superior product.
The sewing of the back pocket and crotch of jeans is the most important part.
A sense is necessary than a technique of the sewing.

SINGLE STOROKE STICH

ひと筆縫い
ジーンズの後ろポケットを縫い付ける時に用いられる縫製方法です。
縫い始めから終わりまで一筆書きの要領で一気に縫い上げるので、高度な技術が必要になりますが、ほつれにくい仕上がりになります。
It is a stitch to sew the back pocket of jeans. The sewing staff threads in a single stroke from the sewing beginning of the pocket to the sewing end. This work calls for a high degree of skill. It is the durable sewing that the thread of the pocket does not come loose.

SEAM SEATS

小股縫い
前身ごろの小股と呼ばれる部分の縫製です。穿いたり脱いだりする時に負担がかかるので、太い糸でしっかりと縫います。
ジーンズの縫製の中でも重要で難度の高い部分なので、高度な縫製技術が求められます。
It is the sewing of the part called short steps of the front section. When they take it off in pants, this part costs a burden, we sew it with a big thread.
It is the parts which it is important in the sewing of jeans, and have difficult sewing.

ROLLED SEAM

巻き縫い
ジーンズのヒップの中心とヨーク（ジーンズの後ろのウエストバンド下部の切り替え部分）で用いられる縫製方法で、2本または3本のステッチで縫われている部分です。
ラッパというアタッチメントを使用して、生地同士を噛み合わせながら一度に縫い上げます。
2枚のパーツがどれくらい噛み合っているのか作業中は見えないので、経験と勘が必要になってきます。
This is a stitch used in hips and yoke of pants.
The seam made by turning under or folding together and stitching the seamed materials to avoid rough edges.
In operation, I cannot confirm the state that two pieces of parts roll it up in. This work calls for a high degree of skill and intuition.

OBI SEAM

帯付け
帯入れミシンを使って、帯（ベルト部分）を縫い付けます。
帯の端部分を折り込む作業と、パンツに縫い付ける作業が一回の縫製で行われます。
作業中は、帯の部分に身頃の生地がきちんと縫い込まれているか見えないので、経験と勘が必要な縫製工程です。
The sewing machine which seams an obi and the main body of pants together.
Work to bend a belt and work to sew are possible at the same time.
